Background

Due to the lack of resources in the analytics and business intelligence area, the management has been creating a monthly report in Excel, which was shared with the sales team. The report contained many important metrics, but they were often difficult to interpret at a glance, making it challenging to identify current customer needs or market dynamics in a timely manner. As a result, many up-selling and cross-selling opportunities were missed.
